Corialto

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective October 1, 2026

This policy applies unless a signed Service Order says otherwise.

Monthly subscriptions

You may cancel a monthly plan by emailing hello@corialto.com from an authorized account contact. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and prevents the next renewal when received before the next billing date.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins because capacity, infrastructure, and ongoing management are reserved for the account. This does not limit refunds or remedies required by applicable law. Duplicate or erroneous charges should be reported promptly, preferably within 14 days.

Setup and custom work

The standard managed setup fee and custom project fees compensate configuration, testing, integration, and implementation work. Work already performed and non-recoverable third-party costs are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in the Service Order.

Usage and third-party charges

Incurred usage, carrier, number, messaging, integration, and other disclosed pass-through charges remain payable. Corialto will not apply an unspecified overage rate; customer-specific overages must be disclosed in the Service Order or otherwise agreed in writing.

Regulated-data or compliance delay

If launch must be delayed because required BAAs, provider agreements, customer consents, lawful data paths, or other regulated-data prerequisites are missing, Corialto will not activate the affected workflow. Fees for completed setup work remain subject to the Service Order.

Service problems

If you believe the paid service was materially unavailable because of an issue within Corialto's reasonable control, contact us with dates and details. We will investigate and may provide a reasonable service credit or other remedy where appropriate.
